    Cookie banner + marketing site redesign

    Loracta now ships a 4-category cookie consent banner (strictly_necessary / functional / analytics / marketing) with DNT and GPC signal respect across every surface. The marketing site moved to English-first with Accept-Language detection, hand-authored pricing comparison, and a 12-route v1 launch set.
