Loracta is committed to making the marketing site, admin workspace, and generated public sites usable by people with disabilities and compatible with common assistive technologies.
Standard
Our target baseline is WCAG 2.2 AA for product-owned surfaces. We test keyboard access, focus order, screen-reader labels, semantic structure, reduced-motion behavior, and color contrast.
Current review
The latest internal accessibility pass was completed on 3 June 2026 across the marketing site, admin shell, onboarding flow, and core public-site template surfaces.
Tenant-rendered public sites depend partly on customer configuration, content, media, and color choices. Loracta templates ship with accessible defaults, but customer customization can introduce issues that require tenant-side remediation.
Known gaps
- Tenant-selected colors or custom content may fail contrast or heading-structure requirements.
- Uploaded audio and video may lack human-reviewed captions or transcripts unless the tenant enables and reviews transcription.
- Some advanced editor workflows are still being tested with screen readers and complex keyboard-only paths.
