Acceptable use policy

• Publish, preserve, search, translate, transcribe, and organize content you authored or have the right to process and publish.
• Use AI features to assist drafting, summarization, translation, transcription, retrieval, and internal review, subject to human oversight.
• Accept donations through approved payment flows for lawful, accurately described causes.
• Federate eligible content into approved shared surfaces, such as Knowledge Commons or partner hubs, when the relevant rights and approvals are in place.

• Publishing or storing unlawful content, including content that incites violence, terrorism, genocide, harassment, or unlawful discrimination.
• Uploading or distributing material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or database rights.
• Processing personal data without a lawful basis or using Loracta to expose sensitive personal information without appropriate rights, safeguards, or consent.
• Generating synthetic content and presenting it as another person’s authored work, testimony, or consent.
• Uploading malware, phishing material, exploit code, credential dumps, spam, or content designed to disrupt Loracta or third-party systems.
• Scraping, exfiltrating, enumerating, or replicating other tenants’ data, or bypassing access controls, quotas, or plan capability gates.

Donation pages, Stripe Connect flows, and donor communications must accurately describe the organization, cause, restricted fund, tax status, and use of proceeds. You may not solicit donations under false pretenses, impersonate another organization, or route funds for unlawful purposes.

Where practical and safe, we give notice and a chance to remediate. We may act immediately when required by law, payment-network rules, platform security, user safety, or credible risk of harm.

We acknowledge abuse reports within two business days where feasible. Account owners may request review of enforcement decisions by replying to the enforcement notice or contacting abuse@loracta.com.

We update this page when the underlying processing, service terms, or legal references change materially.
