Is migration really included?
Yes. Migration and onboarding are included. Your pilot can start from Google Drive or local files (Word, PDF) with automatic import today; other sources such as YouTube, Vimeo, Dropbox, WordPress, or Substack are brought in manually during onboarding. Larger archives may take longer to fully transcribe and structure, but the workspace can be useful from week one.

Do you charge per seat?
No. Pricing is not per seat. Plans scale with archive usage: transcription, translation, AI assistant usage, storage, bandwidth, API requests, and publishing capacity. Bring as many staff or volunteers into the workspace as your plan allows operationally.

What happens after the 30-day pilot?
If you continue, your workspace moves from Pilot to the tier that fits your archive. If you do not continue, your content is exported in standard formats. Your material stays yours.

Does Loracta replace our chat tool?
No — it complements it. From Growing up, Loracta includes a Mattermost team chat integration (Mattermost is open source), so your team gets threaded internal chat alongside the archive without standing up a separate system. Managed Mattermost hosting is available as a paid add-on if you would rather not self-host it.
