Under the GDPR and similar privacy laws, you can ask Loracta to explain, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal data we process about you, and you can object to certain processing.

Access
Ask whether we process your data and receive a copy where applicable.
Rectification
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure
Ask us to delete data where no overriding retention duty applies.
Restriction
Ask us to limit processing while a dispute is resolved.
Portability
Receive data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where applicable.
Objection
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including certain direct-marketing processing.
How to file a request
Email privacy@loracta.com with the right you want to exercise and enough information for us to identify the relevant account, workspace, or public surface.
We may request proof of identity or authority before disclosing, changing, exporting, or deleting data. Workspace administrators may submit requests for their organization through the admin panel where available.
Timelines
We aim to respond without undue delay and within one month after receiving a valid request. If a request is complex or numerous, GDPR permits an extension of up to two additional months; we will explain the delay if that happens.
Exports
Workspace-level content exports are available from workspace settings where enabled. For account, consent, audit, or support data that is not available through self-service export, contact privacy@loracta.com.
Complaints
If you believe our handling of your personal data is unlawful, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For Loracta’s Berlin establishment, the relevant authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
